A major breakthrough for the CONIPHER project took place on the INES experimental platform at Bourget-du-Lac, near Chambéry. Eight CONIPHER prototype panels were installed on the instrumented facade of the FACT tool in less than two hours by the project team. These first results are very encouraging regarding the system's ability to meet the objective of reducing installation time by 50%. Thermal and energy monitoring will be carried out for a year in order to quantify the reduction in energy need for regulating the temperature of the measuring cell, and the electrical production of the photovoltaic panels. Monitoring will also make it possible to calculate the thermal resistance of the envelope and to verify whether the objective of 5 m2.K/W has been achieved.
